The complaint list is a great way for users in your Ventrilo server to lodge complaints about an individual on your server that is acting poorly. This complaint is then registered and can be viewed later by a Server Admin.
Viewing Complaints
- Log on to your Ventrilo Server as a Server Admin
- Right Click the Server name and choose Server Admin -> Complaint List.
- You can now see all complaints made -- About who, From Who, the Time, and the Reason.
Registering Complaints
- Only logged-on users registered with the server may register complaints.
- Right-Click the User, choose User -> Lodge Complaint About.
- Enter complaint, click Send.
